​​​​Deposit Requirement

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all services totaling $25 or more. The deposit secures your appointment and will be applied to your remaining balance at checkout.

 

Deposits may be transferred one (1) time if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.

 

In the event of a true emergency, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Blackcrown Esthetics. Exceptions are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation & Rescheduling​

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit their deposit.

Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Late Arrivals​

​A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

After 10 minutes, one of the following may occur:

The appointment proceeds as scheduled if sufficient time remains.

The service may be modified to fit the remaining appointment time, and a $10 late fee will be applied.

The appointment may be canceled if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. In this case, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.​

All pricing is subject to change at any time based on market rates, product costs, and service demand.​

Please arrive clean, prepared, and respectful of the space and the appointment time. These policies ensure smooth operations and a high-quality experience for every client — including you.

Promotions, loyalty rewards, referral discounts, and special offers apply to one qualifying service per visit.

 

Qualifying services must be full-priced services valued at $40 or more. Packages, add-ons, and services under $40 are excluded unless otherwise stated.

 

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.
