• We ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.​

• For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge a fee of 25% of the service total. "No show" appointments will be charged 50%. If your appointment is rescheduled before the 24 hour time frame, then your deposit may be transferred ONE TIME ONLY.

• There is a 5 minute grace period for late clients. If you show up after the 5 minute grace period, we reserve the right to reschedule for appointment and you forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling or Canceling your appointment more than twice may result in being blocked from being able to book any future appointments.
