These policies help ensure fairness, protect appointment time, and allow me to serve each client to the best of my ability. I understand that life happens, and my policies are designed to be firm yet compassionate.

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

Deposit Requirement

• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all services over $25.

• This deposit is used to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your remaining balance at checkout.

Deposits Are Non-Refundable

• Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, deposits are non-refundable.

• However, I understand that life happens. In true emergencies, at my discretion and with proper communication, a refund may be offered.

• This exception is not guaranteed and is evaluated case-by-case.

Deposit Transfer Policy

• Your deposit is transferable ONE time as long as you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• If you cancel or reschedule under 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations or reschedules made under 24 hours result in deposit forfeiture.

• You may reschedule using your appointment confirmation link or by texting the business line: 313-241-4276.

• No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit and will need to pay a new deposit to book again.

LATE ARRIVALS

Grace Period

• There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.

If You Are More Than 10 Minutes Late:

1️⃣ You’re late, but I can still complete the full service

• No late fee will be charged.

• Your appointment will continue as scheduled.

2️⃣ You’re late and I cannot complete the full service, but I can complete a partial service

• A $10 late fee will be added due to lost service time.

• Your service will be adjusted based on what can be completed in the remaining time.

3️⃣ You’re late and I cannot perform the service at all

• Your deposit is forfeited.

• You will need to reschedule and pay a new deposit.

PRICING

• All pricing is subject to change at any time based on market rates, product costs, and service demand.

Please arrive clean, prepared, and respectful of the space and the appointment time. These policies ensure smooth operations and a high-quality experience for every client — including you.

​​DISCOUNT & PROMOTION POLICY Promotional offers, loyalty rewards, and referral discounts apply to one qualifying service per visit. Qualifying services are full-priced services $40 or more. Packages, add-ons, and services under $40 are excluded unless explicitly stated. Discounts cannot be combined.
