• We ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

• APPOINTMENTS NOT BY THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED*

• For appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge a fee of 30% of the service total. "No show" appointments will be charged 50%. There is a 9 minute grace period for late clients. If you show up after the 9 minute grace period, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or Canceling your appointment on the same day as your appointment more than twice may result in being blocked from being able to book any future appointments.
